Description: Bear can be a shy boy when first meeting. He enjoys to cuddle with his foster mom and snuggles with his siblings. Bear loves to lay with his head buried in blankets. He will also entertain himself with a toy, he loves balls. He also likes to play with his food. He his fine with cats, sleeps through the night in a crate.He came from a hoarding situation so another dog in the house would be best for him. He also would require a fence that is secure. Description: Well BooBoo and LuLu lived their lives with their human mom.  Unfortunately their mom's health was declining and she had to find somewhere for them to go :(  We promised her that we will make sure BooBoo and LuLu never lose each other.BooBoo doesn't act AT ALL like a senior girl.  She runs around the field with LuLu all day.  They sleep together on a rocker in our living room.  Lets find them a great FUREVER home! Description: Chance came to us after sitting/laying on a concrete kennel floor with a "breeder" who didn't know what to do with a puppy that couldn't use his back legs :(  We were contacted and although we typically do not take large dogs we felt the need to help.We had him with 2 different vets both saying he would never walk again, even our medical director did not hold out any hope.  We just knew we had to try so the Director started researching and working on his back legs and then we started using a cold laser wand and a wheel chair and within months Chance went from the chair to what we called "wonky walking" and now he races around the field!!!Chance is a typical bulldog doing what he wants and he is big so making him do anything is definitely not easy LOL.  He has learned the hand signal for sit and he will do it on command because he knows he gets a treat :)He is good with most dogs but we have found he is not fond of shihtzu's.  At the ranch he lives with cats coming i... Description: Well hello there my name is cloud.  Yes I know who names a dog cloud??  I mean that's just silly!  They could have called me Snow or Angelica (well that might be pushing it) but Cloud?  Seriously?!!!  I need to talk to management!  Well I did not fuss because lets face it I'm a big dog in a kill shelter and I'm smart enough to know not to make waves!So this thing happened the other day...  The kennel worker was chatting with a lady and she said "they are going to euthanize this week"  They both looked REALLY upset!!!  Then I heard her say "Cloud is on the list"  OHHHHH NOOOOO I didn't like the sound of that!  Not sure what Euthanizing is but it didn't appear to be a good thing!!!Lucky for me the day before the euthanizing thing 2nd Chance 4 Life Rescue said they would take me!!!!  The ladies were very happy so I think I am breaking out of this joint!!  I heard them say I am going North.  Frankly at this point anywher... Description: Well I was "purchased" by a senior citizen.  He was 78 and I was a puppy :(  I had to be around really big dogs.  By the time I was 2 I had learned that I needed to protect myself.  My owner had realized he was to old to handle a puppy.  To say it was a mess was an understatement :(   My owners daughter started calling all around looking for help to place me.  She told the people I was food aggressive, dog aggressive and only liked males so of course most rescues the SPCA included didn't want anything to do with me :(Lucky for me Lynn decided she wanted to meet me.  She took my leash and we went for a walk.  I just knew by the way she walked with me that she was in charge and I didn't have to be.  She picked me up and carried me for a little while and I decided I liked it!She brought this big dog Millie into the play yard.  Oh no I was scared but Lynn seemed to think it would be alright so I decided to see what would happen.&n...
